本アプリでは、お客様により良いサービスを提供するために、以下の情報を収集します。本アプリでは、Apple社の提供するサインイン機能を利用しており、当社がお客様の個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス等）を直接取得、保存することはありません。

• スタンプ生成のためにユーザーがアップロードする画像データ
• アプリ利用データ（スタンプの作成履歴、公開設定、利用頻度など）
• デバイス情報（デバイスID、OSバージョンなど）
• ログデータ（IPアドレス、アクセス日時、クラッシュレポートなど）

1. Information We Collect

In order to provide better services, this App collects the following information. The App uses Apple's Sign In feature, and we do not directly obtain or store your personal information (name, email address, etc.).

• Image data uploaded by users for stamp generation
• App usage data (stamp creation history, privacy settings, usage frequency, etc.)
• Device information (device ID, OS version, etc.)
• Log data (IP address, access date/time, crash reports, etc.)

• スタンプを生成するため、お客様がアップロードした画像データをOpenAI, L.L.C.の提供するAPIに送信します。この画像データはスタンプ生成の目的でのみ利用されます。
• 法的義務を遵守する必要がある場合
• 当社の権利や財産、安全を保護する必要がある場合
• サービス提供に必要な業務委託先との共有（機密保持契約のもと）

3. Information Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share your information with third parties except in the following cases:

• When we have your consent
• To generate stamps, we send the image data you upload to APIs provided by OpenAI, L.L.C. This image data is used only for the purpose of stamp generation.
• When necessary to comply with legal obligations
• When necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety
• Sharing with service providers necessary for providing services (under confidentiality agreements)

4. データの保存と保護

お客様からお預かりした情報は、適切なセキュリティ対策を施したサーバーで厳重に管理します。

特に、スタンプ生成のためにアップロードされた元の画像データは、生成プロセスが完了した後、当社のサーバーには一切保存されず、速やかに破棄されます。保存されるのは、ユーザーが明示的に保存を選択した生成後のスタンプ画像のみです。

ただし、法的要求やコンプライアンスの観点から、一部のデータを一定期間保持する場合があります。

4. Data Storage and Protection

The information we receive from you is strictly managed on servers with appropriate security measures.

In particular, original image data uploaded for stamp generation is not stored on our servers at all after the generation process is complete and is promptly deleted. Only the generated stamp images that users explicitly choose to save are stored.

However, we may retain certain data for a period of time for legal requirements or compliance purposes.

5. アプリ解析とデータ収集

本アプリでは、サービスの品質向上とユーザー体験の改善のため、以下のデータを収集する場合があります：

• アプリのクラッシュデータと診断情報
• アプリの使用状況データ（使用頻度、利用機能など）
• デバイス情報（デバイスの種類、OSバージョン、言語設定など）

これらのデータは匿名化された形で収集され、個人を特定することはできません。 データ収集はiOSのプライバシー設定から無効にすることができます。

This data is collected in an anonymized form and cannot be used to identify individuals. Data collection can be disabled from iOS privacy settings.

7. プライバシーポリシーの変更

7. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Policy may be revised in response to changes in laws or service content. In case of significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications or on our website. By continuing to use the service after changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised policy.
